Office Visits

People have different reasons for going to an orthodontist, some may be struggling with severe pain and serious dental issues while others are struggling with their self-image and confidence. We understand all kinds of needs and hesitations while visiting an orthodontist. That’s why it is our top priority to do all we can to give you that smile of your dreams.

We believe in walking you throughout the experience so you can feel like a part of the team. We keep everything transparent and communicate with our patients about the new changes they might experience throughout the treatment. This reduces anxiety and helps build better relationships between patients and orthodontists.

Every Smile Starts with an Initial Consultation!

We start each treatment with a FREE initial consultation as it sets the stage for the entire process. It is a great way to introduce our process, team, and practice to our patients. You will have a completely FREE and personal one-on-one consultation with your orthodontist to discuss your dental goals and what would be the best route to reach them

On your initial consultation, you will receive:

  • Dental and medical history evaluation
  • Complete oral examination with X-rays to determine the best treatment for you
  • A customized treatment plan
  • Financial consultation

If you have any questions related to our services, our staff is always available to help you. Please contact us to get your consultation appointment.

What Happens After the Initial Consultation?

After the initial consultation, you are one step closer to the smile of your dreams. Immediately after your consultation appointment, we will set up a records appointment for you where we will take digital photos and scan your teeth via the latest X-ray tech. Dr. Bieszki will study these records and make up a customized treatment plan as per your needs.

We will also make future appointments for necessary appliances or braces according to your treatment needs.

What If I Have to Schedule New Appointments?

It is a common practice to visit our orthodontist timely throughout your treatment. However, this doesn’t mean you must show up every 4 weeks or so to “tighten” your braces. Due to the modern ways, we practice at our office, you only have to visit every 8 to 12 weeks. Our methods allow fewer office visits and quicker results.

Our staff works in collaboration with you to make scheduling as accommodating as possible. When scheduling, we like to know which days and times work best for you and try our best to set our appointments accordingly.

However, no matter how well we schedule everything around us, there are some times when we end up dealing with life. If due to any circumstance, you are running late or need to reschedule your appointment to another day, please let us know. Our dedicated scheduling coordinator will help you out no matter if it’s your first or 12th appointment.

Can I Visit My Dentist During My Orthodontic Treatment?

It is highly recommended that you visit your dentist every 6 months for regular checkups or cleaning. This does not change if you’re going through orthodontic treatment. If there’s any extra care required during your treatment, we will be happy to cooperate with your family dentist to ensure the best dental hygiene.
